About NexOtt
NexOtt has been running IPTV subscriptions since 2022, for customers across North America, Europe and the Middle East.
What we actually do
We sell access to a streaming service: 18,500+ live channels and 30,000+ on-demand titles, delivered over your existing internet connection to an app on your existing hardware. There is no box to ship, no installer to send, and no cable to run. You pay once for a term, we send credentials, you enter them in a player.
How we are set up
- Load-balanced servers. Capacity is spread across multiple nodes rather than one box, which is why 99.9% uptime is a realistic number and not marketing.
- Anti-freeze delivery. Streams are buffered at the server so a momentary dip in your connection does not stall the picture.
- Support by humans. 24/7 on WhatsApp. The person replying can read your player settings and tell you what is wrong.
What we promise, and what we do not
We promise the lineup we advertise, activation within 5–15 minutes, and support that answers. We do not promise that every channel on earth is carried, or that a given channel will still be carried in six months — broadcast rights move, and any IPTV provider claiming otherwise is not being straight with you. If a specific channel is the reason you are buying, ask us first.
Our official domains
NexOtt operates from exactly two web addresses:
- nex-ott.com — our permanent home.
- nexott.org — our original address, now being retired. If you bought through it, your subscription is unaffected.
Those are the only two. Other sites use the NexOtt name without any connection to us, and we cannot support a subscription bought anywhere else, honour a refund on it, or vouch for what it delivers. If you are unsure whether a page is ours, check the address bar against the two above, or ask us before paying.
