1. The service

NexOtt provides access to a streaming service delivered over the internet. A subscription grants you the right to stream the number of simultaneous connections stated in your plan, for the term stated in your plan.

2. Your account

Your credentials are personal. Sharing them beyond your household, reselling them, or using them on more simultaneous connections than your plan allows will result in suspension without refund. Our servers detect this automatically.

3. What you need

A stable internet connection and a compatible device. We recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. We cannot be responsible for playback quality limited by your own connection, your Wi-Fi, or your internet provider's throttling.

4. Content availability

Channel lineups change as broadcast rights change. We do not guarantee that any specific channel will remain available for the duration of your subscription. If a particular channel is essential to you, confirm with support before purchasing.

5. Payment and term

Plans are one-time payments for a fixed term. Nothing renews automatically and no payment method is stored for future charges. Prices are in USD.

6. Support

Support is available 24/7 by WhatsApp and email for setup, playback and billing questions.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a subscription without refund for credential sharing, attempts to redistribute the service, chargeback abuse, or any use that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version, and material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
