What we collect
- Order details — the name, email address and phone number you give us when you buy, plus which plan you bought.
- Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Support messages — what you send us on WhatsApp or email, kept so we can follow up.
- Basic technical data — server logs including IP address, needed to run the service and prevent credential sharing.
Why we collect it
To deliver your credentials, to answer your support requests, to process payments, and to detect abuse of a subscription. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor, our email provider and our hosting provider — each only to the extent needed to do their job. We do not share your details with anyone else unless legally compelled.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as your subscription is active plus the period required for accounting. Support conversations are kept for twelve months. Server logs are rotated within thirty days.
Cookies
nex-ott.com is a static website. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled, they run in a privacy-preserving, cookieless mode.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email contact@nex-ott.com and we will respond within thirty days. Deleting your data ends any active subscription, because the credentials are tied to the record.
