Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped

NexOtt is a digital service. There is no box, no card, and no physical delivery. Nothing will ever arrive at your address, and we do not charge shipping.

What you receive

After payment clears you receive a username, a password and a server URL. Those three items are your subscription. You enter them into an IPTV player on your own device.

When you receive it

Credentials are sent within 5–15 minutes of payment clearing, to the email address on your order and by WhatsApp to the number you provided.

If nothing arrives

1. Check your spam and promotions folders.
2. Confirm the email address on your order was spelled correctly — this is the cause in most cases.
3. Message WhatsApp support with your order email. We resend immediately.

Setting it up

Once your credentials arrive, follow the guide for your device. Most setups take under ten minutes.
